Orders received before 3:00p.m. (central time) are shipped the same day. Our shipping options are offered at check out including, ground, 3 day, 2nd and next day service. RETURN POLICY:
Please follow these instructions so we can serve you better.
1. Call us at 724-360-8000.
2. Have your invoice number ready. You must have a copy of your original receipt to be able to return merchandise.
3. Explain the problem and get a return authorization number.
4. Ship item back prepaid and insured via UPS to:

5. Be sure to enclose a note explaining your reason for the return along with the return authorization number and a daytime telephone number so we can contact you if we need to.
Precise Racing Products/Hoosier Tire Mid-Atlantic reserves the right to refuse any return items if returned items can not be sold as "New". Refunds do not include freight and are subject to a restocking fee. No returns on special order items. No returns on electrical items. No returns after 30 days. All return authorization number expires 30 day from date issued.
